Job Description:

Tribute Games Inc. is looking for a community manager passionate about video games! The role of the community manager is to ensure a constant support to fans and the press as well as keeping the company active on social media.

(Nb hours: To be determined between 30 and 40 hours, 5 days a week.)



  • Work closely with the studios’ administrator.
  • Determine a publication schedule for the various social networks of the company.
  • Be active on the social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Tumblr, etc.)
  • Establish a social network insight tracker.
  • Analyze the correlation between the insight data and gaming industry related events.
  • Write the newsletters, blog posts, and eShop news.
  • Respond to community emails and messages from Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Steam, etc..
  • Redirect external requests to the relevant team members.
  • Maintain the press distribution lists.
  • Respond to the press requests.
  • Contact the press for company announcements.
  • Collaborate with merch stores for deals and communication.
  • Update the company’s websites.
  • Create and organize events; podcasts, live streams, etc.
  • Assist the administrators in organizing public or corporate events.
  • Participate in video game conventions.


Requirements, Skills, Aptitudes, Experiences:

  • 2 years of experience in community management.
  • Perfect mastering of English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge in photo and image editing (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Polite, Organized, Autonomous, Rigorous, Proactive.


Additional assets:

  • Knowledge of the local and international video game scene.
  • Interest for video games in general and retro games in particular.
  • Knowledge of Tribute Games’ catalog.
  • Knowledge of web site editing (Adobe Muse).
